Hiring Agreements and Rates

If you’re looking to hire the church premises for a one off event, such as a party or meeting, you need to download the Single Hire Agreement. You can print this form off, complete it, and return it to the church office along with the booking fee and deposit.

If you’re thinking about a longer-term let, over a number of weeks or months for a regular event, you need to download the Multiple Hire Agreement. Please print this form, complete it, and return it to the church office along with the booking fee and deposit.

Hire rates for Church Premises

The terms and conditions of hire refer to two Child Protection guidelines (from the Diocese and the Home Office) - you will need to be familiar with these guidelines, if your event involves children:

1. Diocese of London - Protecting All God's Children (full or summary). The London Diocese guidelines on Child Protection can also be found on their web site.
2. Home Office - Safe from Harm. These are the original 1993 guidelines. The Home Office appears to be currently reviewing them and they do not appear to be on their web site.
